What is relaxation good for?

To disconnect from work or your daily rutine and therefore be more productive after the session.

It's a space to disconnect from stress and connect with oneself, and focus your life with more conscious.

How is a session?

You enter in a space with candles, relaxing music, and incense. You lay on a futon with a blanket because when you enter in relaxation state the body temperature goes down.
We start with some deep breathings to relax easily. Next, a sweet voice takes you to a space of silence, a space where the mind is calmed down. Once we get the internal silence, through a visualization, you'll take to a magical place, it can be a heavenly beach, a work with chakras, …, step by step we'll go deeper depending on your interests. After that, I'll go to do laying on of hands on each of you. You can feel heat or you can feel like the energy flows through your body.
Finally, we get out of the relaxation state in a lovely way, we share how we feel and get out of the room with renewd energy to continue with our daily activity.
