How is disorder expressed in each of the 4 bodies?
- The physical body alerts us of a maladjustment through the pain or an illness. Ordering this maladjustment we'll be conscious of our sacred temple, the physical body.
- The emotional body alerts us through the suffering. Holding everything that happens in your life, whatever it is, provides hapiness.
- The mental body alerts us of a disorder through autodestructive thouhgts. Realizing your beliefs, talents, fears, …, let you create a reality full of blessings.
- The espiritual body is always aligned, prepared for the coherence between the 4 bodies and in this way, think, feel, say and do in the same direction.

How is a personal mas session?
I clean the space of my and your energetic fields. We enter in your energetic fields and from there I'm a channel serving to guides, masters and beings of light that accompany us in your work of light.
It's a canalization to heal the infomation that is disorganized, organize it and reacquaint yourself with the sacred jewel that is in your heart.

For me, mas has been a step to healing. I remember a sessions, after doing constellations, we were one in front the other and the image of Laia was transfigured for me, it was like be in other level, but the most important was to be conscious that before my daughter was born, we agree her illness. I learned what incondicional love is with her. I learned what is most important in life, to find love without limits. I started to love myself. Last summer, in the forest, doing a mas session, I saw a very powerful light that came down to us. Magic! These experiences are difficult to express with words, but looking back, I see the changes I made inside me. It's internal peace. I appreciate what I have, the big and the little things. My experience with the sessions I made with Laia was magic. They were revealing sessions, where I felt accepted, loved and respected. I put light in all those aspects where I needed clarity. Mas was a big progress for me to manage thoughts and emotions. I understood the difficulty I had to see the diffence between mental and espiritual bodies, especially in front of the acceptance of a very painful loss process that weakened the strength of my soul. I stood in the middle of the room. Suddenly, I felt all my body vibrating. From the highest part of my skull until the end of the spine. I felt like I wake up after a long night. Suddenly, I was floating, levitating. I felt like a part of myself, my physical body got out of my being. In the end, a sensation of peace and wellness ran through my body.
